Requests for access to or suspension of the processing of personal information may be restricted pursuant to Article 35, Paragraph 4 and Article 37, Paragraph 2 of the 『Personal Information Protection Act』.
When a request for access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing is made in accordance with the rights of the data subject, the Company will verify whether the requester is the data subject or a duly authorized representative.
Destruction of Personal Information
The Company destroys personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as upon expiration of the retention period or achievement of the processing purpose.

The Company selects personal information for which a reason for destruction has occurred and destroys such information with the approval of the Company's Chief Privacy Officer.
B. Destruction Method
Information stored in electronic file format is deleted using methods that prevent the records from being restored or reproduced, while personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration.

The Company takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information.
A. Administrative Measures: Minimization and training of employees handling personal information, establishment and implementation of an internal management plan
B. Technical Measures: Technical measures against unauthorized access to information and communications networks, including hacking, access control for personal information, and installation of security programs
C. Physical Measures: Installation of intrusion prevention systems, use of locking devices for document security, and access control for unauthorized persons
